My biggest concern about working out from home was that I would not have any motivation. To my surprise, I was completely wrong! I find MORE motivation by working out from home because of many reasons. The main reasons being..not wasting time to go to the gym, being able to roll out of bed and get the workout done ASAP and getting an ass kicking without anyone judging me. Another concern of mine was also the workouts not targeting all areas, but man was I wrong! It does not take a genius to do these workouts. If you complete them, results will come!! I am so in love with the programs that in the past 9 months, I've bought 3!

Kathleen started our 21 day clean eating portion control program combined with 30min workouts after giving birth to her second child, in 21 days her results knocked our socks off!
